Reporting to the VP – Global Operations, this position will be responsible for overall operational management and performance efficiency of the company in the regions including supply chain management, supplier sourcing and quality management, order-fulfillment and customer service management as well as local finance and logistics related matters.


  • Manage the project engineer, quality and related supply chain operations in Asia Pacific regions from new product development, supplier sourcing and management, parts / products quality assurance as well as production efficiency enhancement.
  • Drive operational excellence and deploy best practices across all operational aspects to meet business target and ensuring rigorous compliance with local legislation of customer’s requirement in Asia Pacific regions.
  • Drive and improve Customer Service Support, including order processing, query handling, sales support and communication with our key internal & external customers
  • Gain the respect of clients by following up on all promises made. Any request for information must be handled quickly and correct information given back at all times.
  • Facilitate the communication and coordination between sales, operations, suppliers and customers to ensure the development, production & shipment are on the right track.
  • Ensure that all related internal/external customer requests are resolved in a timely and professional manner working cross functionally when required.
  • Work closely with the suppliers to expedite, review and alters production schedules according to sales forecasts or customer requirements.
  • Formulate and implement organizational policies and procedures to maximize output and efficiency.
  • Responsible for all existing supplier relationships and new suppliers development by setting clear goals, standards and expectations as well as resolving production and quality issues in a fair and equitable manner.
  • Lead Asia project engineering and quality team to work closely with the Asia suppliers and provide engineering supports to improve production efficiency / manufacturability especially for new product development and cost reduction project.
  • Work closely with US Headquarter to establish the quality management system and supplier performance audit system to improve supplier performance and parts / products quality. Conduct in depth cost and spend analysis in order develop target saves initiatives though various cost reduction means.
  • Generate, review and distributes Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports associated with Quality, Compliance and supply management.
  • Support the production facility / business development plan in PRC.


  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management / Business Administration or above, with professional training in
  • Mechanical engineering will be an advantage.
  • At least 15 years experience in sourcing and supply chain management in sizable organization, in which over 10 years in senior management position.
  • Proven track record of managing a diversified team as well as an understanding of PRC market are essential, prior experience of Lean Manufacturing preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written and communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all internal
  • functions, customers and suppliers as necessary
