    The Healthcare Account Manager wins, maintains, and expands relationships with end user healthcare facilities and assigned channel partners. Assigned to channel partners based on geography, channel, or market, the Healthcare Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and building brand awareness within hospitals and healthcare facilities. He also manages his region by his own and develops creative sales approaches in coordination with the management and the sales partners.


    The Healthcare Account Manager represents the entire range of company products and services to hospitals & healthcare facilities and assigned partners though may focus on a specific solution or product set if focused in a partner vertical market. He reports directly to the ‘Managing Director of Asia Pacific’.


    The Healthcare Account Manager will be assigned a specific territory (China). The Healthcare Account Manager responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:


    • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in hospitals and healthcare facilities
    • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.
    • Proactively identifies new opportunities within hospital and healthcare facilities
    • Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with Humanscale and partner sales resources
    • Proactively assesses, clarifies and validates hospital and healthcare facility needs on an ongoing basis.
    • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations
    • Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.
    • Creates and realizes sales and marketing campaigns in cooperation with the marketing team


    • Minimum three years’ channel or partner management experience is required.
    • Business experience in the Chinese Market
    • Solid understanding and experience of the Healthcare and/or IT industry is preferred
    • Experience selling into hospital or healthcare facilities
    • Experience selling through major IT distributor partners into the healthcare industry
    • Creative ability to identify potential new healthcare resellers
    • Undergraduate Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
    • Successful track record of planning, execution and networking
    • Working knowledge of MS OFFICE and associated applications are required.
    • Ability for overnight travel 50% +





    • Knowledge and experience of IT 2 tier distribution model
    • Be an enthusiastic and active member of local professional organizations
    • Skillful negotiation and presentation abilities
    • Aggressive follow-up and closing skills
    • Ability to travel 60+% of the time
    • Additional language desired (Arabic, French)
