Responsibilities

  • Review and disposition materials in RMA sub-inventory. Ensures that all Returns receiving and processing goals are met.
  • Assist with the coordination, re-work or breakdown of RMA materials and ensure they are properly transacted to the correct inventory location.
  • Ensure all parts are disposed of following set procedures for recycling and disposal of parts.
  • Communicate with Quality Engineers to facilitate and document investigations for RMA materials.
  • Follow set processes for approval and disposition of material.
  • Assist with the management of defective product that will be returned to vendors.
  • Assist with the coordination of re-work of defective products in MRB.
  • Ensure timely communication with the relevant departments regarding technical issues.
  • Work with receiving team, Inventory teams and warehouse teams to efficiently engage in inspection material flow within quality department.
  • Perform monthly cycle counts in areas of responsibilities to ensure there are no inventory discrepancies.
  • Demonstrated ability to function successfully in a fast paced, changing work environment.
  • Support implementation of corporate Lean initiatives. Continuously maintain area of responsibility in an organized manner.
  • Ensure that workspace is in an clean and organized fashion at all times.

Qualifications

  • Computer skills: Microsoft Excel/Access/Outlook, knowledge of Oracle a plus.
  • Experience operating narrow aisle reach truck and forklift preferred.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with little supervision.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to speak, read and write English.
  • Basic understanding of quality specifications.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Knowledge of all Humanscale products a plus.
