    Overview

    The A&D Regional Manager will be involved in their team’s efforts to hit their monthly NPS goals as well as Spec Revenue goals, and will work closely with management in driving performance and adequately measuring for results.

     

    A&D Regional Manager will also be responsible for being a part of the A&D management team which creates and structures implementation of sales programs and learning initiatives developed specifically for the A&D community. A&D Regional Manager will ensure that these programs are delivered consistently and in a timely basis throughout their territory.

    Responsibilities

    Will be expected to mentor, guide and help manage the efforts of our Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern A&D team as they are tasked with implementing Humanscale programs into their own account list of A&D firms. Using NPS goal setting system, this role will set goals for each A&D Rep and, working with the local sales manager, measure results on a monthly basis. This role will evaluate, on a rolling basis, the account list of each A&D Rep to make sure the list is populated with appropriate firms. He will also guide the ADR through the process of entering the firms as accounts into CRM. Will also work with local sales manager on the Connecting program, first making sure ADR’s have entered appropriate contacts to the list, and then mentoring them on the process of developing relationships. A&D Regional Manager will work closely with management in developing the ADR’s skill sets in the A&D community and measuring for positive results from the program.

    Qualifications

    A&D Regional Manager will have weekly team calls to review Division initiatives and focus items. Will have bi-weekly one on one calls with his A&D reps to drill down on activity.     

     

    This employee will be involved in the weekly national A&D conference call.

     

    There will be a separate document addressing the process for inspecting the data going into the monthly NPS report.

     

    A&D Regional Manager will be instructed to keep a four week rotation in his ride-alongs. Additional protocol will be forthcoming.
