The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for providing inbound sales support to customers that are interested in purchasing our products, specifically QS, QS Eco and QSUD. Accept inbound calls and help customers with purchasing decisions, product capability, and pricing options. Make proactive calls to customers that have expressed an interest in buying or responded to digital and print advertising. The Inside Sales Representative will also leverage the field based Humanscale Account Development Representatives when necessary and generate leads for larger sales opportunities.
