    Overview

    The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for providing inbound sales support to customers that are interested in purchasing our products, specifically QS, QS Eco and QSUD. Accept inbound calls and help customers with purchasing decisions, product capability, and pricing options. Make proactive calls to customers that have expressed an interest in buying or responded to digital and print advertising. The Inside Sales Representative will also leverage the field based Humanscale Account Development Representatives when necessary and generate leads for larger sales opportunities.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Educating, marketing and selling the value of ergonomic workplace solutions to end-users
    • Accept inbound calling from potential customers on a daily basis
    • Assisting in closing sales and overcoming customer objections
    • Positioning Humanscale products as a strategic advantage to clients long term needs
    • Educate customers on installation process and help customer determine if they will proceed with self-installation or request a technician installation
    • Engage vendor to start the installation process (when applicable)
    • Track shipping/delivery for customers
    • Follow up with customers post deliver and post installation (when applicable)
    • Serves as a liaison between Humanscale and the customer on shipment and quality matters
    • Informs Humanscale team for opportunities that are potential commercial sales
    • Strong understanding of Humanscale Sit/Stand products related to the campaign
    • Outbound calls to lead list
    • Follow up on QS Eco samples

    Qualifications

    • Candidate will have 1-2+ years inside sales/call center experience
    • Maintains excellent phone, writing and language skills
    • Displays ability to effectively communicate information and ideas
    • High school diploma required
    • Equivalent sales experience preferred
    • Working knowledge of MS OFFICE and associated applications are required
    • Knowledge and/or experience with office furniture and/or sit/stand products, a plus
    • Aggressive follow-up and closing skil
