    Responsible for increasing Humanscale’s market share through developing, implementing and monitoring strategies and action steps to achieve Global Account penetration.  Responsible for meeting quotas and individual performance objectives.  This role’s sole purpose will be to manage a few select customers and all day to day activity and reporting up through the GAM responsible for the account.


    • Develops and executes unified collaborative account marketing plans with GAM to maximize account penetration within assigned accounts.
    • Responsible for creating and managing programs within the assigned account base to ensure that we are meeting contracted SLA’s (Service Level Agreements)
    • Responsible for managing quarterly reporting as part of a larger quarterly business reviews with the assigned account base.
    • Responsible for creating and implementing repeatable and scalable sales and sales operation processes within the assigned customer base and the customer’s dealer support network.
    • Develop a monthly and quarterly forecast and manage sales process through pending business reports.
    • Responsible for personal expense budget.
    • Maintains target account profile information, (key personnel, primary locations, and account activity) in CRM data base by location of assigned accounts and major prospects.
    • Coordinates support of global accounts and monitor all activities within those assigned accounts.
    • Works with GAM to identify additional high-level contacts within assigned accounts, through a strategic effort that will increase penetration.
    • Establish company as an industry leader, through an in-depth understanding of competitive account programs.
    • Serves as a liaison between the factory and the customer/dealer on shipment and quality matters.
    • Identity new contacts within accounts to help strengthen our relationship and business with customers. 



    • External Contacts- Frequent contact with assigned accounts and prospects regarding sales  
    • penetration.  Frequent contact with dealers regarding account management, penetration, and service issues.
    • Internal Customers- Frequent contact with Sales and marketing groups, regarding program, and services. Provides ongoing leadership to sales force.  Moderate contact with Executive management regarding assigned account activity and relationship building.
    • Frequent contact with Administration (Global Support Staff)


    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, design, or equivalent.
    • Two to four years of diversified experience in Major or National Account Sales, with at least 2 year’s experience in the office furniture, including direct end user contact, dealer and A&D contact, or closely related industry. 
    • Must be able to travel overnight 25-40%
