    • Responsible for receiving, evaluating and processing all inbound shipments/returns and checking the following:


    • Identify all products by specific model and check quantities received.
    • Evaluate the product received.
    • Submit proper receiving forms on disposition of parts received.
    • Properly tag all “On Hold” pallets.
    • Properly stock all materials at designated areas.
    • Report and monitor discrepancies between packing lists and actual product received.
    • Process transactions into the operating/inventory system.
    • Cycle count warehouse inventory.
    • Maintain a safe and clean warehouse.
    • Maintain inter-transfers.
    • Track inbound/outbound usage of pallets.


    • Visually inspect forklift and fill out daily check list.
    • Ensure timely communication with relevant departments regarding technical issues.
    • Prepare all outbound LTL shipments and submit proper documents such as bill of ladings for all domestic and international shipments, commercial invoices and certificates of origin for all international shipments.
    • Insure all pertinent documents are prepared before the driver arrives allowing for efficient loading and proper administration.
    • Assist production employees in staging daily finished goods.
    • Must supervise loading of shipments to insure number of pallets and/or product matches bill of lading after being loaded.
    • Ship-confirm all bill of ladings to insure they are closed in the system.
    • Responsible for keeping receiving area clean and organized.
    • Keep all pallets in designated location at end of each workday.


    • Knowledgeable in the Infor system a plus.
    • Computer experience a must.
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast pace warehouse environment with little supervision.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Basic understanding of quality specifications.
    • Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs.
    • Inventory experience a plus.
    • Knowledge of all Humanscale products.
    • Able to work flexible hours including overtime.
    • Forklift/Standup lift experience.
    • Able to support other departments when required.
