Overview

Humanscale Consulting is seeking a qualified individual for an exciting opportunity within its ergonomics consulting division.  

 

Responsibilities

  • Represent Humanscale in high profile client opportunities
  • Provide ergonomic expertise and deliver ergonomic presentations to key stakeholders
  • Support the efforts of our representatives and provide education on ergonomic concepts and principles
  • Facilitate all currently offered consulting services including but not limited to:
  1. Ergonomics training, public seminars, onsite and remote assessments, audits, and program development workshops
  2. Customized trainings as needed
  • Assemble client service proposals as needed
  • Attend trade shows, and networking events within the ergonomic community
  • Assist with research initiatives
  • Achieve and exceed consulting revenue and activity goals
  • Complete activity and opportunity reports and maintain customer contact database
  • Effectively work with other Humanscale sales representative and management
  • Participate in Humanscale University training initiatives
  • Develop a strong understanding of Humanscale product line
  • Provide mentorship to newly hired team members

  • Evidence of strong client relationships

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Master’s degree in Human Factors/Ergonomics or related field
  • Ergonomics certification (AEP, CPE) or ability to become board certified
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a practicing ergonomist
  • Knowledge and/or experience in the commercial furniture industry

 

COMPUTER SKILLS:

 

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel/Word/Outlook/PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite a plus
