Overview

As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing all brand organic social media platforms, fostering community engagement, growing our audiences, and driving meaningful interactions. Collaborating closely with our copy and creative teams, you will create compelling content that aligns with our brand voice and objectives. Your strategic insights will support product launches, trade events, brand awareness initiatives, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Social Media Strategies:Craft and execute comprehensive organic social media strategies that align with business goals and resonate with our target audience.
  • Content Creation:Create high-quality, platform-specific content, including graphics, text posts, and videos. Cross promote and amplify UGC and influencer content.
  • Community Management:Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
  • Audience Growth:Identify opportunities to expand our social media presence and attract new followers.
  • Performance Analysis:Monitor social media performance and adjust strategies to optimize. Report regularly on growth and learnings. Stay informed on
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work with internal teams to align social media efforts with product launches, events, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Trend Monitoring:Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices to keep our platforms current and engaging.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in social media management, preferably within the design or manufacturing industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • Attributes:
    • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
    • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in social media platforms & community management (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok etc.) and management tools.
    • Strong copywriting and content creation abilities.
    • Analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

COMPUTER SKILLS

  • Proficiency in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok etc.) and content management tools.
  • Experience with analytics and metrics reporting tools (Looker, Google Analytics, Sprout Social).
  • Ability to edit and generate various media content via industry standard tools (Figma, Adobe CC, etc)
  • Familiarity with project tracking and task management platforms (Monday, etc).

Salary Range: $73,573-$107,314
