The Sales Manager, Beijing, is responsible for driving sales growth from key accounts and partners within the Beijing territory, while leading and developing a small sales team. This role requires balancing individual sales performance with team leadership, ensuring revenue targets, profitability, and product mix goals are met or exceeded. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, with a proven ability to educate clients on ergonomic solutions and close complex sales opportunities.
