Overview

The Sales Manager position is responsible for growing sales from partner / key accounts in their territory. Representatives are responsible for educating their prospects and customer on the benefits of sophisticated ergonomic work tools, and leveraging that knowledge in the sale of our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to Sales Director, Hong Kong and Macau,  this position is responsible for exploring business opportunities,  growing sales and managing assigned business accounts in Hong Kong and assigned markets in the regions.
  • Provide full and latest products information and also value of ergonomic workplace solution to existing and potential customers.
  • Provide end-to-end sales and post-sales customer services to prospective clients including pre-order evaluation,  end user demonstration,  installation assistance and post-shipment follow up,  etc. 
  • Effectively handles inbound customer communications that arrive via phone, email and web in a professional manner.
  • Facilitate the dealer training session on Humanscale ergonomic workplace solutions and support dealers in achieving business and revenue targets. 
  • Support the e-commerce sales channels. 
  • Coordinate and communicate with customer service, production, marketing, sales, etc

Qualifications

  • Candidate will have 3-5 years business sales experience within the partner / dealer sector
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience preferred
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese=
  • Successful track record of planning and execution
  • Working knowledge of MS OFFICE and associated applications are required
  • Self driven and self motivated personality and able to work under minimal supervision. 

 

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Knowledge and/or experience in office furniture or related industry, a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal
  • Skillful negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Aggressive follow-up and closing skills
