This role requires to be onsite 4 days a week.
Humanscale is offering a position as a Freight Payables Specialist which acts as a subject matter expert on freight payment systems, processes, and audit controls in support of the divisions in the Freight Payables Program. This individual will work to ensure Humanscale is aware of and aligned with the Procure to Pay (P2P) process. This individual will respond to supplier and divisional inquiries in order to ensure proper reconciliation of invoice statements.
This individual will not have access to or be responsible for physical payments, only managing the process.
This person will manage a variety of import and export issues which may require in-depth analysis of shipping documents, certifications, applicable trade regulations and transaction data.

Salary Range: $47,425-$69,175
