Overview

We’re looking for a highly organized and resourceful Marketing Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our global marketing department. This role is essential to ensuring smooth internal workflows and enabling the team to deliver efficiently and effectively. You’ll play a key role in managing our internal marketing ticket system, supporting core processes, and handling a variety of administrative and operational tasks across teams.

Reporting to the Director of Global Marketing Operations, you’ll work closely with cross-functional partners in Sales, IT, and Finance. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives behind the scenes, enjoys structure, and takes pride in helping teams stay aligned and on track. This is a Marketing Coordinator role with a strong operational focus – ideal for someone who enjoys supporting systems, processes, and execution within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role is essential to ensuring that campaign infrastructure, logistics, and internal operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the marketing team to drive efficiency, organization, and consistent execution
  • Manage and prioritize incoming requests via the internal marketing ticketing system, ensuring requests are complete, assigned, and tracked through completion
  • Create and maintain project boards, templates, and workflows in Monday.com to support intake, tracking, and team visibility
  • Keep tasks and requests on track by following up with stakeholders and escalating when delays impact broader timelines
  • Assist with the coordination of marketing campaigns, events, and internal initiatives by organizing deliverables, tracking timelines, and supporting communication
  • Process Improvement: Identify and support the implementation of process enhancements that improve team efficiency, consistency, and scalability
  • Create and maintain internal documentation for marketing operations, systems, and workflows
  • Manage marketing invoice processing, and collaborate with Finance to resolve discrepancies and maintain budget alignment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to internal marketing tools or systems; escalate as needed
  • Data & Reporting: Generate reports and insights from marketing systems to track KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic decisions
  • Provide flexible administrative support across team needs – including internal communications, asset organization, event logistics, and vendor coordination

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in a marketing, operations, project coordination, or similar role
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with a proactive, collaborative, and service-oriented mindset
  • Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills; able to anticipate needs and take initiative
  • Flexibility and adaptability to evolving project requirements and shifting team priorities
  • Comfortable navigating evolving systems and resolving issues without detailed step-by-step instructions
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate new tools and systems
  • Experience with purchase orders, invoicing, or marketing budget support preferred
  • Familiarity with analytics or dashboard tools is a plus

 

COMPUTER SKILLS

 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Monday.com or similar project management tools

 Hourly Range: $26.39 - $38.50
