Overview

Reporting to the Logistics Manager Asia, this position is primary responsible for overall customs declaration, warehouse and logistics functions in Asia and also ensure compliance with local China regulation to support growing business in Asia.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and coordinate the export process with booking, customs, picking up and transportation. Working with sales team to provide cost effective solutions to customers to container cubing, route selection and possible savings such as use of FE/COO for APAC countries.
  • Organize and coordinate the planning of warehouse picking and packing by the customer request date for export.
  • Cross-function communication and collaboration with finance and tax, ensure the export remittance and tax refund smoothly.
  • Administer the transportation and logistics arrangement in order to achieve on-time order fulfilment and cost saving target.
  • ERP system usage and maintenance.
  • Order management and shipping cost data analysis.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistic or Business Administration.
  • China customs declaration qualification is referred
  • Oracle or Infor ERP system experience preferred
  • At least 5 years experience in multinational company with international experience.
  • Strong problem-solving, hands on and excellent interpersonal communication skills in English and Chinese.
